Economic activity is regulated separately in each of the seven emirates as well as by the Federal Government. Dubai authorities have created an environment which is well ordered without being unduly restrictive and offers operating conditions that are among the most liberal and attractive in the region. There are many options available to international companies and the advantages of having a presence in the Middle East are considerable. It is well known now that businessmen and women in the region prefer to deal with people they know and trust. Relationships are far more important in the Arab world than in western regions. Our strategic business development consultants can provide valuable advice on how best to enter and position your brand in the UAE market.
Buying patterns of some countries served by Dubai can be unpredictable, making accurate market intelligence and feasibility studies a must. The common occurrence of fraud, and the ease at which it is directed against foreign investors, is a grim reality in a fast growing economy, and must be taken into consideration when making any realistic plans for a business investment or relocation.
We don't encourage our clients to get caught up in the hype endemic of this country's supersonic economic growth, and rush their investments. With our attention to detail and personal approach we ensure the efficient, safe and cost effective set up of your business from company registration and incorporation to employee relocation and orientation services

  1. Yes, with the online registration, you still need an attorney to be able to register your work. The online registration only provides for easier filing of application and speed up the process to get more results. More so, the rationale for making it mandatory to engage an attorney is to dissuade touts in the registry and ensure that registered professionals are the only one allowed to undertake registrations on behalf of clients.for more information
